Loved the allergy-free rooms, they made me feel like royalty. The free breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, and the terrace added a touch of elegance to my stay. Plus, having a shopping mall on-site made shopping therapy extremely convenient.

No restaurant? Well, who needs that when you have a shopping mall to satisfy all your culinary cravings?

clean room with comfortable beds and a small balcony overlooking the unforgettable view of the old town. the hotel is ideally located just a stone's throw from the old town center and the cathedral. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of tasty options. the concierge/receptionist Marina was exceptional in her help and accommodations.

The shower could have been more spacious, as it felt a bit cramped and resulted in water leakage on the floor.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mainz and had a great experience at the Erbacher Hof. The room was spacious, well-lit, and had plenty of storage space. I appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities and the comfortable work area. The bathroom was practical and the shower was excellent. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options including bacon, eggs, fruits, pastries, and cereals. The location of the hotel was perfect for tourists and the staff were all kind and helpful. I was grateful for the large underground car park, where I had a reserved parking space waiting for me upon arrival.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the local restaurants and businesses. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional and the shared balcony was a great bonus for our family of five. The staff was helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

It would have been more comfortable if there was air conditioning in the hotel rooms, especially during a heatwave. The confusing hallways and stairways made navigating the hotel a bit challenging.

The breakfast buffet provides a variety of delicious and fresh foods. some rooms have balconies with beautiful views of the city and cathedral.

The lack of air conditioning in some rooms can make it uncomfortable to stay during the hotter months.
